Small batch brewing process starts with organic Milk Thistle harvested at peak potency. It’s made into a herbal tea and combined with a unique scoby (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). Then patience. We wait. We ferment fully for months, unlike other kombuchas which typically ferment for mere days or weeks.

Fermented Certified Organic Milk Thistle infusion, 1.2% organic acids (from 400 mg Silybum marianum seed)
