Our Organic Spinach Macaroni are small noodles made from stone-milled, whole durum semolina, with the addition of spinach powder. This pasta cooks in a large pot of salted, boiling water for approximately 8-10 minutes (al dente), or until desired texture; ideal for pasta salads or serving with the sauce of your choice.
