Delivery Zones & Rates

We deliver to virtually all of HRM from our Bedford location and the delivery fee will be calculated based on your postal code. See the map for details of our delivery zones..

Zone 1 (Green) $6.99 – Bedford, Clayton Park

Zone 2 (Magenta) $9.99– Peninsula, Dartmouth, Burnside

Zone 3 (Orange) $11.99 – Armdale, Cole Harbour, Lower Sackville

Zone 4 (Yellow) $14.99– Spryfield, Beaver Bank, Middle Sackville, Waverly, Fall River, Eastern Passage, Hammonds Plains

Zone 5 (Blue) $19.99 – Tantallon, Prospect, Peggy’s Cove, Enfield, etc.

Free Delivery Eligibility

Orders over $100 (before tax and after any promotion or discount) in delivery zones 1, 2 and 3 are eligible for free Delivery. Orders in zones 4 and 5 over this amount are eligible for 50% off the delivery fee.

Our Order Processing & Delivery Times

Luminate Express Local Delivery Orders are typically processed within 2 hours of being placed (during our open hours). While we strive to maintain highly accurate inventory, things aren’t always perfect so if our team member picking your order needs to discuss any swaps, they will call you at the phone number provided on your order, so please make sure you’re available to answer our call.

Our delivery window is between 2:30 and 6:00pm.


If we receive your order by 11:00am, it will be delivered the same day. If we receive it after 11:00am, we’ll have it to you the following day.


Once a parcel is considered safely delivered (we receive a notification confirming this through our delivery partner), it the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Please ensure you can retrieve your parcel within a reasonable time frame, especially if it contains perishable items. While we do package your order to keep it cold during transport if it contains refrigerated or frozen items, we will not be responsible for their condition after delivery is complete.


Parcels which are delivered safely, and are stolen or are also not eligible for reimbursement.

Returns and Refunds

Our goal at Luminate Co Wellness Market is for you to be fully satisfied with your shopping experience, feel fully supported with the appropriate knowledge necessary to make the most appropriate choices for you and your family and ultimately to feel satisfied with the products you have purchased.

In the event that you wish to return an item you purchased, we will gladly refund or exchange your item within 14 days of your original purchase date. The item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

The following categories are final sale; Bulk products, Fresh Produce, Frozen/Refrigerated goods, Feminine Care products, Gift Cards, Sale Items, Calyx, the Cure Apothecary and all Makeup/Beauty Products. Luminate Co reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges at our sole discretion. Some exceptions may apply.

Luminateco.ca will only pay for our delivery partner to retrieve a product and return it to us if a product arrived damaged or was shipped in error. Otherwise, the customer is responsible to get the product back to us. Please note that a product is required to be returned in order for a refund to be issued. Sometimes we might be able to issue a refund based on a photo confirmation of a product damage.
